I had a dream …..
Oh Lordy …. a sweet dream it was !
But as reality set in, I realized I would have to work like a dog to make it really happen …. and so I have been ….
…..I’ve been to many debates, walked in the neighborhoods, put up signs, …. but most importantly, I have been going throughout the community to listen ….
I’ve learned quite a bit from the 100 or so citizens that have attended to give me their opinion so far, (at the listening sessions), and we have another 3 “listening tours” planned … ( more about those later)…
but let me crow a bit about the support that seems to be coming my way, I am humbled, ….. after getting back out into our community, and connecting with the voters, it turns out, I did leave a good solid reputation when I left the Commission in 2003… and because I never quit working since then for the betterment of the City, I have kept a lot of important citizens on my side …. here is just a part of the list of those on the Tim team !

I hope your dreams come true Tim – you deserve it ! I have been here for 40 years, and remember all the hard work you have done to fight crime and blight, and bring businesses into areas that needed a boost, such as a grocery store to Victoria park, and the Home Depot on 4th Ave. You have continued to serve neighborhood communities long after you left office, and I for one will be grateful to have you as my Commissioner again. Thanks for all of your hard work and dedication to the city.
Tim….You were always more ACTION than talk ! …thanks Harry
Hi tim.Are u having fun yet?.I have a dream also that Charlie King be barred from city comm.meetings.I mean that citizens presentation last month regarding Com.Roberts was beyond inappropriate.I mean to call him a fraud and a phony was not right.I stated over a year ago that i wanted to see these races to keep it cute and fair. What Charlie did that nite was beyound verisol. The mayor should have never let him do that presentation.Things need to change at that podium.Charter bd.should make new procedures when speaking from the podium.Basically if you can.t be civil than you don.t speak from the podium.Homeless activist Ray Cox got barred for one year.Charlie things you could never pull this off(barring him).Watch….
In the 5 years I have owned my house every neighbor – rental or owner occupied has changed. 4 owner occupied houses are now rentals. At present 3 possibly 4 are for sale including one sold to “investors” who are reportedly adding units and then will flip it. That’s facts that I am confident you can change with YOUR VISION.
